Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 August 2026
About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of collegify.com and Collegify-operated subdomains (together, the "Website"). The Website is operated by CG Collegify Pvt. Ltd. ("Collegify", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
These are general Website terms. A particular admissions consulting or related service may be governed by a separate written proposal, engagement letter, service agreement or invoice. If a service-specific agreement conflicts with these terms, the service-specific agreement will apply to that service.
Information on the Website
The Website provides general information about Collegify, admissions consulting and related educational topics. Admissions requirements, university policies, fees, deadlines, scholarships and immigration rules can change. You should check important information against the relevant university, testing body, government authority or other official source before acting on it.
Website content does not constitute legal, immigration, financial or other regulated professional advice. Using the Website does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a visa, employment or any other outcome.
Enquiries and engagements
Submitting an enquiry, assessment or consultation form does not by itself create a consulting engagement or require either party to proceed. An engagement begins only when Collegify and the client agree the relevant scope, fees and other service terms in writing.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information when making an enquiry or using a service. Collegify's guidance may depend on the information and documents supplied by a student, parent or guardian.
Fees, payments, cancellations and refunds
The public Website does not currently provide a self-service checkout. Fees, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any refund eligibility are communicated in the written documents for the relevant service. Please review those documents before making a payment. Our Refund Policy explains how Website-level refund enquiries are handled.
Students under 18
Some Collegify services are intended for school students. A parent or guardian should be involved when a person under 18 submits personal information, requests a consultation or engages Collegify's services. A parent or guardian remains responsible for decisions made on behalf of a minor.
Acceptable use
You must use the Website lawfully. You must not:
- submit information that you know is false, misleading, unlawful or infringes another person's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or information;
- introduce malicious code, interfere with Website operation, or evade security and anti-spam controls;
- use automated means in a way that overloads the Website or circumvents an access control; or
- use the Website to harass another person or distribute unlawful or harmful material.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its users or Collegify.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Website's original text, graphics, branding, layout and other materials are owned by or licensed to Collegify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and make a reasonable copy of Website material for personal, non-commercial use. Any broader reproduction, republication, sale or commercial exploitation requires prior permission unless applicable law allows it.
University names, logos and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not transfer any rights to Collegify or to you.
Third-party websites and services
The Website may link to or use third-party websites and services. Collegify does not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership or responsibility for the third party. You should review the third party's own terms and privacy information.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the Website handles personal information, cookies and measurement technologies. You can revisit optional measurement choices through Privacy choices in the Website footer.
Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care in operating the Website, but do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, Collegify is not responsible for loss caused by relying solely on general Website content instead of checking an official source or obtaining advice appropriate to the circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any responsibility arising from a paid service is also subject to the written terms agreed for that service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the Website, our practices or applicable requirements change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively replace a signed service-specific agreement.
Governing law
These Website terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Website will be handled by a court with competent jurisdiction in India, subject to any rights that applicable law gives a consumer.
