What our students say

  • 01
My two year association with Collegify has been wonderful to say the least. Right from taking SAT classes to preparing for my application, I have received unconditional support at every step. The faculty were always available to clear my doubts, point out my areas of improvement and encourage me to perform better. My mentor was extremely supportive. In fact, every member of the team was involved in my application - thus adding new dimensions to my profile & application. I was advised and guided at all times but at the same time motivated to be independent and a self learner. I am so happy on my acceptance to Stanford! A DREAM COME TRUE FOR ME! I cannot thank Collegify enough for everything!

When I started with the application process, I was overwhelmed. Collegify helped to streamline the application process for me. With the constant support I received I was more relaxed and was able to work more efficiently. Collegify was there for me whenever I needed help and really pushed me to work hard and craft a great application. A big shout out to all my mentors at Collegify!

If you are looking for a place where personality improvement is guaranteed along with progress in the college application process, Collegify is the place to go. I am grateful for their inexorable, incredible support. They helped ideate my essays and taught me how to put my viewpoint across in the most effective manner. With Collegify’s help I was able to gain acceptance into my dream college. I probably would not be where I am today if it were not for the entire Collegify team!

How we approach the work

Give the student a process they can take ownership of.

The student does the thinking and writing. Parents understand the plan, deadlines and costs. We coordinate the work and give direct feedback.

  • 01

Build the list from the student

We compare courses and universities against the student’s subjects, interests, budget, location preferences and preferred way of learning.

  • 02

    Develop the student’s own writing

Prompts and careful editing help the student find useful material, organise it and revise it without giving up authorship.

  • 03

    Prepare for interviews

Mock interviews and specific feedback help students communicate clearly, listen carefully and respond as themselves.

  • 04

    Plan references and records

We help students organise recommendation requests and activity records early, giving teachers time and keeping details accurate.

Before we begin

Tell us where the student is today.

Share the student’s current class, curriculum, subjects of interest and likely application year. We can then identify what deserves attention first.

Questions to check

Frequently asked questions

Which countries can an undergraduate applicant consider?
Students can compare options in the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. The useful starting point is the course and the student's academic context, then each university's published entry requirements, teaching format, costs, location and application process.
Should a student choose a course or a country first?
Begin with the subjects, questions and kinds of work that keep the student engaged. A country can shape the university experience, but course structures, prerequisites and the way a student learns should be compared before a destination becomes the deciding factor.
How early should undergraduate university research begin?
Research is most useful before applications become urgent, while there is time to understand subject choices, course prerequisites and what each university asks for. Exact deadlines and required documents differ, so applicants should confirm them directly with every university and application system.
Do undergraduate application requirements differ by university?
Yes. Universities can ask for different academic records, subject preparation, essays, recommendations, tests or interviews. Requirements can also change by course and intake, so an applicant should use the official course page as the source of truth before making a final plan.
