Summer Opportunity Alert: Virtual Entrepreneurship Program

IVYPLUS Network · · 2 min read

A Virtual Summer Program on Entrepreneurship for High School Students:

May 25 - June 5, 2022

Throughout human history, crises have been pivotal in developing our societies. So one key question is:

How will the ongoing crisis of Covid-19 influence future society?

At an individual level, a question we must ask ourselves is what does the post Covid world need from us and are we prepared for that. Its getting clear that the old economic model will become redundant in our new reality. What the world will need is doers, makers and cutting-edge thinkers, who can think on their feet and respond to what the world needs from us.

Pulitzer Prize-winning author Thomas Friedman advocates that students need to graduate high school “innovation ready”, meaning that along with academic skills, they receive the critical-thinking, communication and collaboration skills that will help them invent their own careers.

At IvyPlus Network, we have been creating meaningful opportunities for learning and growth for alumni of top global opportunities.

We are now extending the opportunities we create for high school students through our online summer program that taps into their potential to help them learn entrepreneurship and the process of launching a startup.

If you’re a high school student, join a highly-curated group of promising young students from around India for two weeks from May 25 - June 5. You'll learn from industry experts, successful entrepreneurs and work with your peers to solve business challenges. You'll learn how to discover innovative opportunities, backed by market research, develop prototypes, do user testing, and find customers.

We’ll train you in the innovative thinking that enables founders to create successful businesses. Through the course, you'll build several skills, including how to be entrepreneurial - impact-oriented - decisive - and a team player.

Entrepreneurs are fighters, optimistic and resilient. They will overcome this difficult period because this is in their DNA to bounce back. And it is this exact skill that our summer program will teach the students who are a part of it, so they are prepared to handle uncertainty. The Ivy Young Entrepreneurs experience will be challenging. It will be intense. And it will be worth it.

Join us for this groundbreaking and life-changing experience!
